- 1 small banana
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil for some extra taste or any unflavored vegetable oil
- In a small bowl, slice the banana. I recommend that you don’t make them too thin because they will end up mushy. Half a centimeter for each slice should be fine. Gently add the maple syrup and the vanilla extract to coat them.
- In a pan, heat up the oil over medium heat and add the maple syrup coated banana slices. Cook the banana until golden brown underneath, about 4-5 minutes. Gently flip and cook on the other side for about 1 minute.
