Crispy Oven-Baked Chipotle Potatoes

Fluffy inside with crisp, golden edges, and mild sour and spicy flavors, these potatoes are to die for! Roasted potatoes are a delicious side dish that goes with anything. But this time, why not get creative by coating them with a homemade chipotle sauce. You will impress all your guests, guaranteed!

Ingrédients
  

  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3-4 large potatoes cut into wedges, keeping the skin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until a smooth sauce is obtained.
  • Mix the potatoes with the sauce until well coated. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, stirring half way through.
  • Dip them into some guacamole and enjoy!
