Peanut Butter Pancakes
These pancakes are soft, fluffy and crowned with peanut butter goodness! They are ready in 15 minutes and gluten-free if GF oats are used. You're going to want to make them every morning!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mix everything together using a blender.
- Pour about 1/4 cup at a time in a large pan and cook over medium heat for a few minutes on each side. The pancake is ready to be flipped when it does not stick to the pan anymore and the edges have become more cohesive.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
