These cookies are so chocolatey, soft, chewy, incredibly fudgy, gooey on the inside, yet crispy on the outside. I can guarantee you that the entire pan will disappear in seconds. They are simply the best and easiest ones you'll ever eat!
Ingrédients
- 3/4 cup walnuts roasted and crushed
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconul oil
- 6 tbsp unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or more to taste
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Then, gradually incorporate the liquid ingredients, followed by the walnuts and the chocolate chips.
- Using an ice cream scoop of a large spoon, transfer the dough on the baking sheet. Press them down a little depending on whether you want them to look more like a cookie or a brownie. Cook for 12 minutes. They may not look ready after 12 minutes but let them cool down out of the oven for a few minutes. They will continue to cook during this time and it will allow them to retain more moisture. This way, they will remain soft even the next day, if there are any remaining!
- Enjoy!
